I am Teresa Morris, the school nurse at Lexington Middle. I have been a nurse for over 30 years. I am a graduate of Tennessee Technology Center at McKellar Field where I received my degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1985.

My previous work experience includes the areas of geriatrics and medical/ surgical recovery. I have past experience in orthopedics, as a doctor’s assistant for the West Tenn. Bone and Joint Clinic. I have several years experience in the field of women’s health as a former OB Patient Education Nurse and Physicians Extender at the Woman’s Clinic. I have been employed as a school nurse with the LCSS since 2000.

I am married to Bob and we have one son, Cody. My personal interests include, spending time with family, going on beach vacations, and cooking. I look forward to working with you and your child. Please feel free to call or email if I may be of help.
