Rounded Rectangle:  Dear Parents, Thank you for a wonderful start to your child's Kindergarten year.  Students are working really hard and I am so excited to be working with each one.  On the back of this sheet you will find information about sight words in Kindergarten. Please read over it and let me know if you have any questions. I am excited to have a site available to showcase student’s pictures. Also, discuss your child's day with him/her.  Beginning Kindergarten is a big adjustment for most children, even for those children who have attended daycare or preschool.  If you have questions or concerns, please let me know.  I look forward to working with you this year. Rounded Rectangle: Reading skills: Ø      I can recognize Tt. Ø      I can produce the /t/ sound. Ø      I can tell if pictures begin with Tt. Ø      I can recognize sight words in print and when word is isolated. Writing Skills: Ø      I can write Tt using lined paper.
