 Congratulations to all first, second, third, fourth, and fifth grade students who achieved their Accelerated Reading goals for the second nine weeks of school. Students were treated to a movie at the Princess Theater.

Caywood Literacy Night is on Thursday nights in the library beginning at 5pm. All kindergarten through second grade students are invited to attend this enrichment activity. Students will enjoy reading books, making crafts, and taking AR tests. Students will also visit with some special guests.
The following are reading activities planned for January and February..........
January 26- Chinese New Year
February 2- Ukraine Folklore
February 9- Eskimos
February 16- Hispanic Celebration (This is the final literacy night.)

Fourth and fifth grade music students presented "Melton, the Warm-Hearted Snowman" on December 7th and 8th. The students did a wonderful job! Thanks to everyone who made this year's musical a huge success.
