2oz meat/meat alternate 1/2 pint reduced fat (2%) white milk
1-2 Bread Servings (Minimum of 8 per week) 1/2 pint fat free white milk
Minimum 3/4 total cup servings of vegetable/fruit 1/2 pint 1% chocolate milk
1 cup milk 1/2 pint 1/% strawberry milk
